What does it cost?

I charge a flat rate of £70/hour. To help you get the most out of your first session, I will email you beforehand to ensure that you give me as much background information as possible up front. This means that we can start addressing your issues straight away when we meet.

The number of sessions needed obviously depend on the nature of your situation, but most clients see me for between 1-3 sessions, as I offer plenty of home work both before and after sessions to speed up the process.
